Walking
If you are in the Lahti city center, head towards the main street, Vapaudenkatu. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Aleksanterinkatu. Turn left onto Aleksanterinkatu and continue walking until you reach the next intersection. Turn right onto Kartanonkatu. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see Lahden Historiallinen museo on your left at Kartanonkatu 1.

Public Transport - Bus
From Lahti's main bus station (Lahti Linja-autoasema), take bus number 2 or 7 towards 'Syrjäntaka'. After about 5 minutes, get off at 'Kauppatori' stop. From there, walk straight towards Vapaudenkatu. Turn left onto Vapaudenkatu and then left again onto Aleksanterinkatu. Continue to Kartanonkatu and turn right. The museum will be on your left after a short walk.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from any of the city’s bike rental stations. Start from the city center and head towards Vapaudenkatu. Cycle along Vapaudenkatu and take a left onto Aleksanterinkatu. Continue cycling until you reach Kartanonkatu, then turn right. The museum will be on your left after about 500 meters.
