    From Lappeenranta, take a bus towards Taipalsaari. Buses run regularly between the two locations. From the Taipalsaari bus station, you may need to take a local bus or taxi to Mielakanranta, or walk if the timing is right. The bus trip from Lappeenranta to Taipalsaari costs approximately €4 - €6.

  • Driving

    From Lappeenranta, drive in the direction of Mikkeli on VT13 for approximately 25 km. At the last fork in the road going to Lemi (Nisonen kaupar), turn right onto Salmentie and continue for 3.5 km. Then, turn left onto Mielakantie and drive for 1.5 km. After the causeway bridge, continue for 500 meters and turn right to reach the beach and Mielakanranta. Parking is available near the site.
