Getting There

  • Car

    From Lemmenjoki National Park, head south on the E75 road towards Rovaniemi. Continue on E75 for about 130 kilometers until you reach the junction for E18 towards Helsinki. Merge onto E18 and continue for approximately 300 kilometers. Take the exit towards Hamina (Route 26). Follow Route 26 into Hamina, and then take Route 379 towards Ulko-Tammio. This final stretch will lead you directly to the entrance of Eastern Gulf of Finland National Park. Be aware that parking fees may apply.

    From Lemmenjoki National Park, first, you need to travel to the nearest major town with public transport options, such as Rovaniemi. Take a local bus to Rovaniemi and then from Rovaniemi bus station, take a bus south towards Helsinki that stops in Hamina. Once you arrive in Hamina, you can take a local taxi or a shuttle service to reach Ulko-Tammio, the entrance of Eastern Gulf of Finland National Park.
