Founded in 2021, the exhibition provides a canvas for artists from Finland and abroad to display their work. What began in the premises of the former Wasalandia amusement park has evolved into a unique cultural space, drawing visitors into a world of urban creativity. The exhibition extends across the floors of a large warehouse, both inside and out, and features graffiti, murals, installations, sculptures, and video art. Over 70 artists have contributed to the ever-expanding collection, creating a dynamic and engaging environment. Visitors can sometimes even observe artists at work. Wasa Graffitilandia aims to correct the negative reputation associated with graffiti, showcasing the art form's practice and technique. The space also includes a shop with merchandise and spray cans, as well as an open painting wall for visitors to express their own creativity.
