Walking
If you are starting from Oulu City Center, head east towards the Oulu Market Square. From the square, walk along the pedestrian street, Kirkkokatu. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ojakatu. Turn left onto Ojakatu and walk straight for about 500 meters. The Chapter of Oulu Diocese will be on your right at Ojakatu 1.

From Oulu Market Square, find the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 8 or 9, which travels towards Oulunsalo. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Ojakatu' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk back a short distance along Ojakatu, and the Chapter of Oulu Diocese will be on your left at Ojakatu 1.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental stations in Oulu. Head towards the Oulu Market Square, then follow Kirkkokatu. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Ojakatu and continue for another 500 meters. The Chapter of Oulu Diocese will be on your right at Ojakatu 1. There are bike racks available nearby.
