From the Rovaniemi city center, head to the Rovaniemi Bus Station located on Korkalonkatu. Look for buses heading towards Joulumaantie; these are usually marked with their destinations on the front. The Santa Claus Office is about a 15-minute bus ride away. Get off at the Santa Claus Village stop, and you will see the Santa Claus Office just a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to walk from the city center, start at the Rovaniemi Tourist Information Center on Koskikatu. Head north on Koskikatu until you reach the junction with Korkalonkatu. Turn left onto Korkalonkatu and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Joulumaantie. Turn right onto Joulumaantie and walk until you see the Santa Claus Office on your left. This walk will take approximately 45 minutes.
