If you're traveling by car from Savo, start by heading towards the city of Seinäjoki. From there, take Route 3 (E12) in the direction of Kauhajoki. Continue on Route 3 for about 45 kilometers until you reach Kauhajoki. At Kauhajoki, take Route 27 towards Karvia. As you approach Karvia, look for signs directing you to Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park. The park entrance is located at Kyrönkankaantie 357, 39930 Karvia. The entire journey should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.

For those using public transportation, start from the nearest bus station in Savo and take a bus towards Seinäjoki. From Seinäjoki, transfer to a bus heading to Kauhajoki. Once in Kauhajoki, you will need to catch a local bus towards Karvia. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may not run frequently. Upon arrival in Karvia, you can either walk or take a taxi to the park entrance at Kyrönkankaantie 357, which is about 5 kilometers from the town center.
