Getting There

• Public Transport

  From the center of Savonlinna, head to the Savonlinna bus station (Savonlinnan linja-autoasema). You can walk there in about 10-15 minutes from the market square. Once at the bus station, take bus number 1 towards Juvankoski. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop called 'Tavisalontie.' This should take approximately 15-20 minutes. After getting off the bus, walk approximately 500 meters along Tavisalontie road towards the direction of the address Tavisalontie 449. Hytermä will be on your left. Follow the signs for the tourist attractions if you need additional guidance.

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Savonlinna Market Square (Savonlinnan tori), head south on Kauppakatu street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rantakatu. Turn left onto Rantakatu and follow it until you reach the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge and continue along the riverbank path. After crossing the bridge, you'll reach a junction where you should take a right onto Tavisalontie. Continue walking along Tavisalontie for about 1.5 kilometers. Hytermä is located at Tavisalontie 449, look for signs indicating the tourist attraction. The walk will take about 30-40 minutes.
