Getting There

  • Car

    From Imatra city center, head southwest on Main Street (Pääkatu) towards the E18 highway. Continue on E18 for approximately 5 kilometers, then take the exit toward Imatra. Merge onto Uimaharjuntie and follow the signs for Saimaa Geopark. After about 3 kilometers, turn left onto Esterinkatu. The destination is located on your right at Esterinkatu 11.

  • Public Transportation

    Take bus number 7 from Imatra bus station towards Imatrankoski. The journey should take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Esterinkatu' stop. From there, walk east along Esterinkatu for about 300 meters, and you will find Saimaa Geopark at Esterinkatu 11.

  • Car

    If you are coming from Lappeenranta, take Route 6 towards Imatra. After about 45 kilometers, merge onto E18 highway towards Helsinki and continue for about 10 kilometers. Take the exit toward Imatra and merge onto Uimaharjuntie. Follow the signs for Saimaa Geopark, then turn left onto Esterinkatu. The destination will be on your right at Esterinkatu 11.
