From central Helsinki, head east on Mannerheimintie towards the intersection with Eteläesplanadi. Continue straight onto Kaivokatu, then take the ramp onto E18 towards Lahti. After about 5 km, exit onto Länsi-Pasila and follow the signs for the ferry terminal. Park at the designated parking areas near the South Harbour (Eteläsatama). Once parked, walk to the ferry terminal and purchase a ticket for the Lonna ferry, which departs regularly. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes, and you will arrive directly at Lonna Sauna.

Start at the nearest metro station, such as Helsinki Central Station. Take the metro to the Kamppi station. From Kamppi, walk to the nearby bus terminal and take bus number 14 towards Katajanokka. Get off at the 'Katajanokka' stop. From there, walk to the ferry terminal at the South Harbour (Eteläsatama). Purchase a ticket for the Lonna ferry. The ferry ride will take approximately 15 minutes, bringing you directly to Lonna Sauna.
