Assuming you are in Big Bend, head southeast on US-41 S (Tamiami Trail) for about 30 miles until you reach the intersection with SR-997. Turn left onto SR-997 S and continue for approximately 15 miles. At the junction, take a right onto Everglades Blvd and follow it until you reach the entrance of the Everglades and Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area - WCA 3B. There are no entry fees, but be mindful of possible parking fees at certain access points.
