If you are starting from the center of Big Bend National Park, head east on US-90 E toward TX-385. Continue on US-90 E until you reach the junction with I-10 E. Merge onto I-10 E and continue for approximately 90 miles until you reach Exit 101 for FL-29 S toward Immokalee. Take FL-29 S for about 30 miles until you reach the intersection with US-41. Turn right onto US-41 S and follow it for about 10 miles. Finally, turn left onto Coast Line Dr, and you will find the entrance to Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park at 137 Coast Line Dr, Copeland, FL 34137.
