Take US-27 S towards Lake City. After approximately 60 miles, take the exit for FL-70 W. Continue on FL-70 W for about 30 miles. Once you reach the intersection with SR-37, turn right. Lake Hancock will be located on your left in about 10 miles. Make sure to check local maps for the exact entry points and nearby amenities.
