Car
To reach Yellow River Marsh Preserve State Park from any point in Big Bend, first head towards Milton, Florida. Take US-90 East until you reach the junction with I-10 East. Merge onto I-10 East and continue for approximately 15 miles. Next, take exit 31 for Avalon Blvd toward Milton. Turn right onto Avalon Blvd and follow it until you reach the intersection with Garcon Point Rd. Turn left onto Garcon Point Rd and then take a right onto Dickerson City Rd. The entrance to Yellow River Marsh Preserve State Park will be on your left. Parking is available at the park, and there are no fees for entry.
Public Transportation
If you're traveling by public transportation, take a Greyhound bus to Milton, Florida. Once you arrive at the Milton bus station, you will need to use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft to reach Yellow River Marsh Preserve State Park, as there is no direct public transport to the park. The rideshare will take approximately 15 minutes and may cost around $10-$15 depending on traffic.
