From the center of Cape Coral, head south on Del Prado Blvd S. Cycle for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Pine Island Rd. Turn left (east) onto Pine Island Rd and continue for approximately 8 miles. Follow the signs for I-75 S and merge onto the highway. Exit at Corkscrew Rd (Exit 123) and turn right. Continue for about 2 miles, and the CREW Marsh Trails will be on your left at 4600 Corkscrew Rd.

Start at the nearest bus stop in Cape Coral. Take the LeeTran Route 50 bus towards Fort Myers. After about a 30-minute ride, transfer at the Fort Myers Transit Center to Route 140 heading towards Immokalee. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes and get off at the Corkscrew Rd stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk west along Corkscrew Rd to reach the CREW Marsh Trails at 4600 Corkscrew Rd.
