Bicycle
To reach Sanibel Island from central Cape Coral, start by heading west on Cape Coral Parkway. Continue straight until you reach the bridge. After crossing the bridge, follow the signs to Sanibel Island. You can rent a bicycle in Cape Coral and enjoy the scenic ride along the water.
Public Ferry
To get to Sanibel Island by ferry, make your way to the Punta Rassa Marina. You can take a local bus or bike there, which is about a 30-minute ride from central Cape Coral. Once at the marina, purchase your ferry ticket and board the ferry to Sanibel Island. The ferry ride offers beautiful views of the water and typically takes about 30 minutes.
Walking
