If you're in Cape Coral, you can rent a bicycle from a nearby rental shop. Start by heading towards Cape Coral Parkway E and follow the path along the water. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Del Prado Blvd N. Turn right onto Del Prado Blvd N and ride north. After about 2 miles, you will see the signs for Three Brothers Dolphin and Manatee Adventure on your left. Follow the signs to the entrance.

Public Transit
To reach Three Brothers Dolphin and Manatee Adventure, locate the nearest bus stop on Cape Coral Parkway E. Take the Route 150 bus towards Fort Myers. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of Del Prado Blvd N and Cape Coral Parkway. From there, it's a short walk north along Del Prado Blvd N until you see the signs for the adventure tours on your left.

If you are close to the Cape Coral Yacht Club, you can walk to Three Brothers Dolphin and Manatee Adventure. Start at the Yacht Club and head east on Cape Coral Parkway. Continue walking straight for about 3 miles until you reach Del Prado Blvd N. Take a left on Del Prado Blvd N and walk north for about half a mile. Look for the destination on your left side, following the signs for the adventure tours.
