If you are driving from anywhere in Captiva Island, head south on Captiva Drive until you reach the intersection with Sanibel-Captiva Road. Turn left onto Sanibel-Captiva Road, which will lead you to the causeway bridge to Sanibel Island. Continue on this road until you reach Periwinkle Way. Turn left onto Periwinkle Way and follow it until you see the Bailey Homestead Preserve on your right at 1300 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL 33957. Look for the entrance sign to the preserve.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the LeeTran Bus Route 50, which runs between Fort Myers and Sanibel Island.
