Cross the causeway and continue onto Periwinkle Way. Follow Periwinkle Way until it becomes Tarpon Bay Road. Continue on Tarpon Bay Road and turn left onto Pine Island Road (FL-78). After about 8 miles, turn right onto Sesame Drive. The Museum of the Islands will be located on your left at 5728 Sesame Dr, Bokeelia, FL 33922.
