If you're driving from Captiva Island to Sanibel Lighthouse, start by heading southeast on Captiva Drive. Continue straight until you reach the end of Captiva Drive, where it intersects with Sanibel Captiva Road. Turn left onto Sanibel Captiva Road and follow the signs towards Sanibel Island. After crossing the bridge onto Sanibel Island, continue straight until you reach Periwinkle Way. Turn right onto Periwinkle Way. The Sanibel Lighthouse will be on your left at 112 Periwinkle Way. There is no cost for parking at the lighthouse, but be aware that it can get busy during peak tourist seasons.

For those using public transportation, you can take the Sanibel Trolley service. Catch the trolley at any designated stop in Captiva Island. The trolley will take you to Sanibel Island.
