If you're driving from Clearwater Beach, start by heading south on Gulf Boulevard. Continue until you reach the intersection with SR 60 (East Bay Drive) and turn left. Follow SR 60 until you reach the I-275 entrance ramp. Merge onto I-275 South and continue for about 20 minutes. Take exit 23 for 5th Avenue N toward US-19 N/St. Petersburg. Keep left at the fork, following signs for 5th Ave N. Continue onto 5th Ave N, then turn right onto 1st St N. Benoist Plaza will be on your right.

Public Transportation
To reach Benoist Plaza by public transport, start at the Clearwater Beach Transit Center. Take the PSTA Route 300 (Beach Trolley) southbound towards St. Petersburg. Ride until you reach the Central Avenue and 1st St N stop. From there, it’s a short walk: head east on Central Avenue towards 1st St N, then turn left and walk north on 1st St N for a few blocks. Benoist Plaza will be on your left.
