If you prefer a more scenic route, start at Clearwater Beach. Board the Jolly Trolley at the Clearwater Beach stop. The Jolly Trolley will take you along Gulf Boulevard and into downtown St. Petersburg. Make sure to get off at the stop closest to the Mahaffey Theater, which is at 5th Avenue South and 1st Street South. From there, it's a short walk west along 5th Avenue South to reach the theater at 400 1st St S.
