From Everglades National Park, head east on the main park road towards the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with U.S. Route 41 (Tamiami Trail). Turn left (east) onto U.S. 41. Continue on U.S. 41 for approximately 20 miles. You will see signs for Big Cypress National Preserve. The entrance is located at 33100 Tamiami Trail E, Ochopee, FL 34141. Keep an eye out for the entrance signs as you approach.
