Getting There

    If you're already within Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, head towards the main park entrance. From the entrance, drive south on Janes Scenic Drive. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Loop Road. Turn left onto Loop Road. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Fire Prairie Trail, which will be on your right after approximately 3 miles. There should be a small parking area available for visitors.

    For those who prefer cycling, you can access Fire Prairie Trail from Janes Scenic Drive. Start at the main park entrance and ride south on Janes Scenic Drive.
