From any point within Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, head towards the main park exit. Once you reach US-41 (Tamiami Trail), turn east. Continue driving for about 10 miles until you see the signs for Ochopee. Skunk Ape Research Headquarters is located at 40904 Tamiami Trail E, Ochopee, FL 34141, on the left side of the road. Look for a small sign indicating the headquarters.
