    From Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, head north on Janes Scenic Drive. Continue on Janes Scenic Drive until you reach US-41 N. Turn left onto US-41 N and continue for approximately 12 miles. Merge onto I-75 N and proceed for about 23 miles. Take exit 170 for I-10 E toward Jacksonville. After about 35 miles, take exit 192 for US-319 S toward Tallahassee. Continue on US-319 S for approximately 45 miles, then turn right onto FL-267 S. After about 8 miles, turn left onto FL-65 S. Follow FL-65 S until you reach Alligator Point. The park entrance will be on your right at 146 Box Cut Rd, Alligator Point, FL 32346.
