Turn left onto SR-29 South and continue for approximately 7 miles. Merge onto US-41 East (Tamiami Trail) and drive for about 5 miles. Big Cypress National Preserve will be on your right at 33100 Tamiami Trail E, Ochopee, FL 34141. Look for the entrance sign.
