Car
From Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, head east on Janes Scenic Drive towards SR-29. Continue on Janes Scenic Drive for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with SR-29. Turn left onto SR-29 South and continue for approximately 7 miles. Merge onto US-41 East (Tamiami Trail) and drive for about 5 miles. Big Cypress National Preserve will be on your right at 33100 Tamiami Trail E, Ochopee, FL 34141. Look for the entrance sign.
