From Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, head north on Janes Scenic Drive. Continue on Janes Scenic Drive for approximately 9.5 miles until you reach US-41. Turn left onto US-41 South. Drive for about 11 miles, and then take the exit toward Golden Gate Parkway. Merge onto Golden Gate Parkway and continue for about 2 miles. Then turn left onto Enterprise Avenue.
