Car
If you're driving, head south on US-1 from the downtown area of St. Augustine. Continue on US-1 South until you reach the intersection with A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway. Turn right onto A1A and drive approximately 2 miles. The Bridge of Lions will be on your right, just before you reach the old town area.
Public Transportation
To get to the Bridge of Lions via public transportation, take the local trolley service known as the 'Old Town Trolley.' Board the trolley at any designated stop in downtown St. Augustine. Make sure to ask the driver for a stop near the Bridge of Lions. Once you get off, it is a short walk to the bridge area where you can enjoy the views.
Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in downtown St. Augustine. From downtown, head east on King Street until you reach the A1A. Turn right onto A1A and follow it south for about 2 miles. The Bridge of Lions will be on your right. There are bike racks available near the bridge for parking.
Walking
For those who are nearby and want to walk, start at the Plaza de la Constitucion in downtown St. Augustine. Walk south down St. George Street, which will lead you to the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront path until you reach the intersection with A1A. Cross over to the bridge area and you will arrive at the Bridge of Lions.
