As you approach Gainesville, take the exit for US-441 N. Once on US-441 N, turn left onto SW 58th Dr. Continue straight for about 2 miles, and Kanapaha Botanical Gardens will be on your right at 4700 SW 58th Dr, Gainesville, FL 32608. There is a parking fee of around $5 per vehicle.
