Continue on A1A for about 1.5 miles, and you'll see the Mission Nombre de Dios Museum on your right at 89 A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway.

To reach the Mission Nombre de Dios Museum using public transportation, start at the St. Augustine Visitor Information Center. Board the Route 1 bus heading north toward the St. Augustine Beach. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop near A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway. From there, it's a short walk (about 0.3 miles) north along A1A, and you will find the museum at 89 A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway.
Bicycle
If you're biking from the historic district of St. Augustine, head east on Hypolita Street. When you reach the waterfront, turn right on Avenida Menendez, which will lead you to the scenic waterfront. Follow this road around until you reach the intersection with A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway. Turn left onto A1A and continue for approximately 1 mile. The Mission Nombre de Dios Museum will be on your left at 89 A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway.
