If you are traveling by car, start on Interstate 95 (I-95) heading south. Take Exit 380 toward FL-121 N/US-441 N. Follow FL-121 N for about 12 miles until you reach High Springs. Once in High Springs, turn left onto US-41 S and continue straight. Turn right onto SE Oleno Park Rd, and you will find O'Leno State Park at 410 SE Oleno Park Rd, High Springs, FL 32643. Note that there is an entrance fee for the park, which is currently $5 per vehicle.
