    If you are driving to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, start by getting onto FL-312 E from your location in First Coast. Follow FL-312 E until you reach US-1 S. Merge onto US-1 S and continue for approximately 3 miles. Take the exit for Anastasia Blvd/FL-A1A S. Continue on Anastasia Blvd for about 1.5 miles, and you will see the Alligator Farm on your left at 999 Anastasia Blvd. Look for the parking lot entrance.

Take the bus heading towards St. Augustine, and get off at the stop nearest to US-1 South.
