If you're traveling by car from Jacksonville, take I-95 South. Merge onto I-295 South and continue until you reach I-95 South again. Follow I-95 South to exit 261A for US-92 East. Continue on US-92 East until you reach Daytona Beach. Once in Daytona Beach, turn right onto S Atlantic Ave. Continue for about 1 mile, and you'll arrive at 219 S Atlantic Ave, the location of World's Most Famous Beach. Be aware that parking costs may apply in some areas, typically around $10-$20.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, start by taking the Greyhound bus from Jacksonville to Daytona Beach. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Greyhound station in Daytona Beach, you can either walk or take a local bus (Votran Route 1) heading towards the beach. If walking, head south on S Ridgewood Ave, then turn left onto W International Speedway Blvd. Continue until you reach S Atlantic Ave, then turn right. Walk about 0.5 miles to reach 219 S Atlantic Ave. Be aware that the bus fare is typically around $1.25.
