Car
If you're driving, you can easily navigate to the Keys History & Discovery Center located at 82100 Overseas Hwy, Islamorada, FL 33036. From Key Largo, take the US-1 S highway for about 25 miles. Continue following US-1 S, and the center will be on your right. Look for the large sign marking the center. There is ample parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take the Greyhound bus service to the nearest stop in Key Largo. Once in Key Largo, you may need to use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to reach the Keys History & Discovery Center in Islamorada, as there is no direct public transit service to the center. The rideshare will cost approximately $20-$30 and take about 30 minutes.
Bicycle
