If you're coming from Marathon, drive approximately 50 miles north. Look for the park entrance at 77200 Overseas Hwy, Islamorada, FL 33036. There is no admission fee for the park, but parking is limited, so arrive early to secure a spot.

If you are using public transportation, the most convenient option is to take the Florida Keys Shuttle service, which operates from various locations in the Keys. You can catch the shuttle to Islamorada. Once you arrive in Islamorada, you may need to use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to reach Lignumvitae Key Botanical State Park, as the park is not directly accessible by public transit.
