From Fort Lauderdale Beach, head west on E Las Olas Blvd toward US-1 S. Merge onto US-1 S and continue for about 25 miles. Take exit 2D toward I-95 S/Miami. Merge onto I-95 S and follow the signs for Miami. Take exit 2B toward US-41 S/Miami Beach. Continue onto SE 2nd Ave and turn left onto E Flagler St. The destination will be on your left at 153 E Flagler St Suite #1120 in Downtown Miami.

From Fort Lauderdale Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop (A1A & Las Olas Blvd). Take the Broward County Transit bus Route 40 towards Miami. Stay on the bus for about 50 minutes, then get off at the bus stop at SE 1st Ave & E Flagler St in Miami. Walk one block east on E Flagler St, and you will reach Gray Line Miami at 153 E Flagler St Suite #1120.
