Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the stop for Bayshore Road and US-41. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles east along Bayshore Road. The entrance to Caloosahatchee Creeks Preserve (East) will be on your left at 10130 Bayshore Rd. Make sure to check the Lee County Transit schedule for the most current bus times.

If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Fort Myers. Once you have your bike, head north on the sidewalks along US-41.
