Cross the bridge and continue straight onto McGregor Blvd. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Palm Beach Blvd (US-80). Follow Palm Beach Blvd for approximately 4 miles and then turn right onto McDowell Drive. The entrance to Caloosahatchee Creeks Preserve West will be on your left.

From downtown Fort Myers, catch LeeTran Bus Route 30 towards North Fort Myers. Board the bus at the nearest stop and ride until you reach the McGregor Blvd @ Palm Beach Blvd stop. From there, transfer to Route 50 heading towards North Fort Myers. Get off at the McDowell Dr stop. Walk down McDowell Dr for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the entrance to Caloosahatchee Creeks Preserve West on your left.
