Bicycle
If you're in downtown Fort Myers, start at the Fort Myers River District and head east on First Street. Continue onto the Edison Bridge, which will take you over the Caloosahatchee River. Once you cross the bridge, take a right onto McGregor Boulevard. After about 2 miles, turn left onto Colonial Boulevard. Follow Colonial Boulevard for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with 38th Street West. Turn right onto 38th Street West, and Harns Marsh will be on your left.

From downtown Fort Myers, take LeeTran Bus Route 140 from the Fort Myers Bus Transfer Station. You'll want to get off at the stop on Colonial Boulevard and 38th Street West. From there, walk south on 38th Street West for about half a mile, and you will reach Harns Marsh on your left. Make sure to check the LeeTran schedule for bus times.
