Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to N Tamiami Trail and Prairie Pines Preserve. From there, walk north along N Tamiami Trail for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Prairie Pines Preserve at 18400 N Tamiami Trl.

  • Bicycle

    If you have a bicycle, you can start from downtown Fort Myers. Head north on McGregor Blvd and continue until you reach N Tamiami Trail (US-41). Turn right onto N Tamiami Trail and cycle for approximately 5 miles. Prairie Pines Preserve will be on your left at 18400 N Tamiami Trl. There are bike racks available at the entrance.
