    Start at the downtown area of Fort Pierce. Head east on Avenue A until you reach the intersection with US-1. Turn left onto US-1 and proceed north. After about 1 mile, turn right onto Seaway Drive. Continue on Seaway Drive as it curves and leads you towards the shoreline. Look for signs directing you to Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. The park entrance is located at 905 Shorewinds Dr, about 2 miles from where you turned onto Seaway Drive.

    Begin at the Fort Pierce Transit Center located at 100 North 2nd Street. Take the Route 1 bus in the direction of the Fort Pierce Inlet. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Seaway Drive and Shorewinds Drive. From there, it’s a short walk to the park entrance at 905 Shorewinds Dr. Be sure to check the current bus schedule for exact times.
