Continue walking until you reach the intersection with N Indian River Dr. Turn right onto N Indian River Dr and walk for about 0.5 miles. The Manatee Observation and Education Center will be on your left at 480 N Indian River Dr. Look for the signage indicating the center.

    From downtown Fort Pierce, you can rent a bicycle from a local rental service. Start heading north on N 2nd St towards Avenue A. Turn right onto N Indian River Dr and continue riding for about 0.5 miles. The center is located on the left side at 480 N Indian River Dr. Make sure to follow bike lanes and traffic rules.

    Public Transportation

    You can take the local bus service. Check the schedule for the nearest bus stop in downtown Fort Pierce. Board the bus that heads towards the Indian River area. Inform the driver that you are heading to the Manatee Observation and Education Center.
