    If you are in downtown Gainesville, start by heading northwest on W University Ave towards NW 13th St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with NW 34th St. Turn left onto NW 34th St and follow it until you arrive at the intersection with Newberry Rd. Turn right onto Newberry Rd. John Mahon Nature Park will be on your right at 4101 Newberry Rd, just a short ride from the intersection.

    From the Gainesville Regional Airport, you can take the RTS bus route 20 towards the 'Santa Fe College' station. Ride until you reach the 'Newberry Rd @ NW 43rd St' stop. From there, walk east along Newberry Rd for about 0.5 miles. You will see John Mahon Nature Park on your left at 4101 Newberry Rd. Make sure to check the RTS schedule for bus times.
