From downtown Homestead, walk to the nearest bus stop on Campbell Drive. Take the Route 38 bus towards the Florida City Transit Center. Once you arrive at the Florida City Transit Center, transfer to the Route 30 bus towards Key Largo. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the entrance to Biscayne National Park. From there, you can take a ferry service to Elliott Key.
