Bus
From Homestead, head to the nearest bus stop which can be found on Campbell Drive or 301 Blvd. Look for the Miami-Dade Transit bus number 35, which will take you toward Miami. Board the bus and stay on for approximately 30-40 minutes. The bus will take you directly to the Miami Downtown area. Once you arrive at the Downtown Miami stop, disembark and walk towards Biscayne Boulevard. The Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science will be located at 1101 Biscayne Blvd, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow Biscayne Boulevard north until you reach the museum.

Train
Make your way to the Homestead station for the South Florida Rail Corridor (SFRTA). Once there, board the train heading north toward Miami. After about a 30-40 minute ride, disembark at the Government Center station. From Government Center, transfer to the Metromover, an elevated train system that is free to ride. Take the Metromover to the 'Bayside' station. Once you exit the Metromover at Bayside, walk east on Biscayne Boulevard for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science located at 1101 Biscayne Blvd.
