Car
From Honeymoon Island State Park, exit the park and turn right onto Honeymoon Island Causeway. Continue onto the causeway and follow the signs to the mainland. Once you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Curlew Road, turn left onto Curlew Road. Continue on Curlew Road until you reach US-19 N. Merge onto US-19 N and follow it for about 6 miles. Take exit 26B for 5th Avenue N toward Downtown St. Petersburg. Continue straight onto 5th Avenue N until you reach 2nd Street NE, then turn right. Finally, turn left onto 2nd Avenue NE, and you will find Doo's Amazing Tours at 335 2nd Ave NE on the right.

Public Transportation
From Honeymoon Island State Park, you will first need to take the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) Route 444 bus from the park to the nearest bus stop. This bus will take you to the Tarpon Springs Transit Center. From there, transfer to PSTA Route 59, which goes directly to St. Petersburg. Get off at the stop at 1st Avenue NE and 3rd Street NE. Walk east on 1st Avenue NE to reach 2nd Street NE, then turn left and walk north. Doo's Amazing Tours is located at 335 2nd Ave NE, just a short walk from the bus stop.
