Public Bus
If you're starting from downtown St. Petersburg, walk to the nearest bus stop on 1st Avenue N. and take the PSTA bus number 18 heading towards 'Tropicana Field'. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop near 4th Street N. and 2nd Avenue N. From there, you will walk east along 2nd Avenue N for about 5 blocks until you reach the intersection with 7th Street NE. Continue straight, and the Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center will be on your left at 700 2nd Ave NE.

Walking
If you are already in the downtown area, you can simply walk to the Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center. Start at the St. Petersburg Pier and head east along 2nd Avenue NE. Continue walking straight for about 15-20 minutes; the center will be located at 700 2nd Ave NE, just past the intersection with 7th Street NE. The walk is approximately 1 mile and will take you through some scenic areas of the waterfront.

Bicycle Rental
For a more active route, consider renting a bicycle from one of the many bike rental stations in downtown St. Petersburg. Once you have your bike, head east on 1st Avenue N until you reach 7th Street NE. Turn right and continue south until you reach 2nd Avenue NE. Turn left on 2nd Avenue NE and ride for a few blocks until you reach the Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center at 700 2nd Ave NE. The ride should take about 10 minutes.
