If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Islamorada. Head south on US-1 S (Overseas Highway). Continue on US-1 for about 5 miles. You'll pass several local shops and restaurants. Look for the sign for Upper Matecumbe Key. Once you reach the area, turn right onto Green Turtle Hammock (before reaching the bridge). The Dinghy Dock is located on the water, where you'll see a designated area for dinghies.
Public Transportation
To reach Green Turtle Hammock Dinghy Dock using public transportation, take the Florida Keys Public Transit bus. Board the bus at the nearest stop in Islamorada and make sure to check the route that goes towards Upper Matecumbe Key. Once you reach the stop closest to Green Turtle Hammock (ask the driver for the best stop), you may need to walk approximately 0.5 miles to reach the Dinghy Dock.
