Start at your accommodation in Key Largo and head east on Overseas Highway (US-1). Continue cycling for about 5 miles until you reach the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. You can park your bike here and take a short walk to the park entrance to enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the park, head back onto US-1 and continue east. After approximately 7 miles, look for signs directing you to Atlantic Ave in Ocean Twp. Follow the signs until you reach Alligator Reef Light House.

If you're near the waterfront in Key Largo, start at the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Walk east along the shoreline until you reach the US-1. Once on US-1, head north for about 3 miles to get to Atlantic Ave. Follow Atlantic Ave until you reach the Alligator Reef Light House, which will be on your right.

From Key Largo, you can take a local bus service heading north on US-1. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and inform the driver that you want to get off at Atlantic Ave. The trip will take approximately 30 minutes.
